Closure of A930/Queen Street Broughty Ferry commencing 6 January 2025 - affecting services 5/5A

Due to the next phase of SGN's network upgrade, the A930/Queens Street in Broughty Ferry will be closed for up to 8 weeks from Monday 6 January 2025 meaning services 5/5A will be diverted as follows:
5/5A To Barnhill Inchcape Place : Normal route to Strathern Road/Victoria Road junction then Victoria Road, Ballinard Road, Balgillo Road to rejoin normal route at Balgillo Road/Forthill Road junction
5/5A To Ninewells Hospital: Normal route to Strathmore Street/Nursery Road/Abertay Street junction then Abertay Street, Monifieth Road, Queen Street, Fort Street, Forthill Road, Balgillo Road, Ballinard Road, Victoria Road right to rejoin normal route at Victoria Road/ Strathern Road junction

The stops at Ferndale Drive, Claypotts Road, The Post Office Bar as well as stop on Nursery Road will not be served
As alternatives Customers usually boarding/alighting at the Ferndale Drive or Claypotts Road stops should use the stops at Victoria Road/Strathearn Road.
Customers usually boarding at The Post Office Bar should board on Fort Street
Customers usually boarding/alighting on Nursery Road should board/alight at the stops on Strathmore Street, Fort Street/Forthill Road or change to service 10 at Broughty Ferry
Customers travelling between Broughty Ferry and the Barnhill area should use service 10 (Ninewells Hospital)

Due to the next phase of SGN's network upgrade, the A930/Queens Street in Broughty Ferry will be closed for up to 8 weeks from Monday 6 January 2025 meaning service 10 will be diverted as follows:

Service 10 to Broughty Ferry: Normal Route to Strathmore Street/Nursery Road/Abertay Street junction then Abertay Street, Monifieth Road, Queen Street terminating at the laybay opposite Broughty Ferry Library.

Service 10 To Ninewells Hospital: Journeys will commence at Fort Street

Customers wishing to alight at stops on Nursery Road/Anton Drive should alight on Balgillo Road or Strathmore Street. Alternatively they may remain on the vehicle and alight on it's journey towards Ninewells Hospital

Customers usually boarding/alighting at the stops on Queen Street should board on Fort Street (to Ninewells Hospital) and alight opposite Broughty Ferry Library where the service terminates towards Broughty Ferry

Closure of Longtown Street affecting service 17

20th Jan 2025 - 3rd Feb 2025

Due to the closure of Longtown Street commencing Monday 20 January 2025, and expected to be in place for 2 weeks, service 17 will be unable to serve the stop on Longtown Street and the pair of stops on Longtown Road (ASDA)
Customers should use the stops on Happyhillock Road (to Whitfield) or the temporary stop on the Southbound carriageway of Douglas Road (for both directions) as alternatives
