If something onboard our buses does not meet our usual standards, or you have some criticism that can help serve our customers better, please email us with all the details including date, time, service number, boarding location to [email protected] We will then do our best to rectify the situation.

The Travel Centre is operating with restrictions due to current Government regulations. Customers will not be allowed to enter the premises, but may collect 'takeaway timetables' and 'takeaway tickets' via the front door facing onto Commercial Street.
On Monday 3 May 2021, we will re-open at our new premises (80-82 Commercial Street) with the following hours until further notice:
- Mondays: 1000 to 1700
- Tuesdays: closed
- Wednesdays: closed
- Thursdays: 1000 - 1400
- Fridays: 1000 - 1700
These opening hours are subject to review as demand continues to change with lockdown lifting. Updates will be published when anything changes.
