The Ferry is our very own slice of the seaside – a lovely, lively area with lots to see and do. Take a leisurely stroll along the new-look promenade and gaze over the sea walls at the river, the hills and the city. Or dawdle along Brook Street for some boutique shopping, a bite to eat from a selection of cafés and restaurants, or make a start on the ultimate pub/bar crawl with the ‘Ferry Fifteen’. You can even relax with an ice cream at the beach and, if you’re lucky, spot bottlenose dolphins playing in the water!
Get there by bus: take services 5/5a | 10 to Broughty Ferry and go solo with a DaySaver, an EveningSaver after 6pm, or travel together with a GroupSaver. Remember: under-22s travel free with a valid NEC card.
