We're Open - Extended Customer Service Opening Hours

From Monday 13th November, we’re improving our service to you as part of our commitments to get better and get more people of Dundee back on the bus.
Firstly, the Xplore Dundee Shop on Commercial Street in the city centre will now open six days a week for you to come in and meet our team. If you need any help in using our buses, we’ll be there for you! Whether you need to buy tickets, pick up timetables or get all the info and details you need to get out and about, the Xplore Dundee Shop is the place to come.

Monday to Saturday: 10am – 5pm
We’ll also be making it easier than ever for you to get in touch with our customer services team. They’ll now be available seven days a week to help with any queries you have, or information you need.
The way you can contact us isn’t changing, we’re available on the phone and via email as usual.
