Direct Debit Update #3

As we come to the end of June, and we would like to update customers on our new monthly direct debit scheme.
The whole process has been considerably more complicated than we had initially expected - and has taken far longer than we had hoped. The team have been working very hard liaising with the relevant banking authorities to set up the scheme, and they continue to do so, with the aim of bringing more positive news during the month of July.
We cannot thank our most loyal customers enough for their patience and understanding. Although we do not yet have a definite date for the launch, you will be contacted in the coming weeks to complete a new application and direct debit mandate. Once these have been approved, new photo ID smartcards will be produced and sent out.
We'd remind you to renew your travel for the month of July (as expired direct debits are no longer being accepted by drivers).
We'd also like to reaffirm that, once the new scheme is launched, we will be offering unlimited travel at the same great prices of £44/month (for adults) and £26.50/month (for children & Young Scots).
